Boycott information to save dogs and cats in Asia

It has been known now sometime that dogs and cats are consumed in Korea, China, and Vitenam and the governments in these countries do nothing to stop the practice. Boycotting these countries is an important way of putting pressure to these contries to end the cruel betrayl. However when you are boycotting their goods, it's important to let these countries to know that you are not buying their goods because of the dog/cat meat trade. Unless they know the repulsive and horrifying trade actually hurts their trade, these governments have little incentive to expel the trade. Especially so when dog meat traders spend a lot of money to lobby the government and media. So please write to their embassies and governments, explaining why you are boycotting. (Please do not say that you are only objecting to cruelty aspect. This approach is making things worse and encourages these countries to attempt to classify dogs and cats as cattle for the first time in human history! Instead of helping the animals, you are making things worse for the animals by stating that you only object to cruelty.)
